Partitions & Office Refurbishments

We supply many types of partitions for offices and commercial buildings and each system can be manufactured and designed to our customers requirements. Our range of partitions include, stud partitioning, demountable & re-locatable, double glazed, fire & sound proof, timber framed, fully glazed and single & double skin steel partitioning.
Single Skin Steel Partitioning
Newport & Swindon
Panels are constructed from 43 x 43 x 1.2mm (18g) cold rolled angles and 32 x 32 x 0.7mm (22g) cold rolled tee bars with 0.8mm (21g) CR4 mild steel or 50 x 50 x 3mm (10g) weldmesh sheets spot welded into the framework. All panels are electrostatically powder coated in the following standard colours: Grey 10 A 07 Grey 00 A 05, Sandstone 08 B 17 and Stone 10 B 17. Special colours (over 100 in stock) are available at extra cost.
Double Skin Steel Partitions
Panels are constructed from 25.4 x 42 x 25.4 x 1.2mm cold rolled channels paneled both sides with 0 8mm (21g) CR4 mild steel sheet with 30mm Rockwool mineral fibre infill and are joined together using an ‘H’ section, making the installation very similar to the installation of composite part systems. Panels are available in solid, half-glazed, solid/glazed/solid or borrowed light elevation. Panels can be coated with the same finishes as the single skin steel partitions.
Suspended Ceilings
As part of our interior services, we can install a wide range of high quality suspended ceilings into offices and other commercial buildings to suit any requirements. They come in a variety of tile and grid systems which will suit any application and have many features such as improved acoustics, fire proofing and good insulation to save on heating. We use the latest technology and fully trained engineers to ensure that each ceiling is installed professionally and to the highest standard possible.
All types of electrical work can be carried out for commercial properties. This includes installing power sockets, floor boxes, data cabling, lighting and fire alarms. All of the electrical work complies with NIC EIC standards and are installed and tested to BS 7671. We will also carry out any plumbing work during a refurbishment and can install any type of plumbing such as basins and pipework.
We can also install high quality carpets and other types of flooring such as vinyl, tiles and linoleum. Each type of flooring is installed using the latest technology and to the highest standard by highly qualified installers. The carpet is installed in accordance with BS5325 "Code of practice for the installation of textile floor coverings" and the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
